2nd Viticulture Conference at TSW 2026 – Knowledge and Practice for the Future of Polish Winemaking

On January 23–24, 2026, as part of the 16th edition of the Fruit and VegetableIndustry Fair (TSW), the secondedition of the Viticulture Conference willtake place – the only event in Poland bringingtogether science, practice, and the wine business.

The conferenceisaddressed to winemakers, vineyardowners, consultants, and enologyenthusiastswhowish to expandtheirknowledge and exchange experiences with experts from Poland and abroad. Participantswilllearnabout the latesttrends in viticulture, methodsadapted to changingclimaticconditions, as well as modern solutions in vineyardprotection and wineproduction.

The scientificcontent of the event issupervised by Prof. Magdalena Kapłan from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, a respectedresearcherspecializing in grapevinecultivation and cropquality.

Program highlightsinclude:

  • grapevinediseases and effectiveprotectionmethods,
  •  modern trellising and trainingsystems for coolclimates,
  •  practicalcrop management strategies,
  •  biologicalsupport in vineyardprotection,
  •  business challenges for small wineries,

We are now selling exhibition space at TSW 2027 – the Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair, which will take place on 14–15 January 2027 in Kielce.

The upcoming edition will be organised in a new hall layout, taking into account the development of the Fair’s infrastructure.

The latest edition of the Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair once again confirmed its position as a leading event for professional fruit and vegetable producers in Central and Eastern Europe. The two-day event attracted 21,000 visitors from Poland and abroad (4,000 more than in the previous year). A total of 508 companies presented their offers, including nearly 100 international exhibitors, on an exhibition area of almost 4 hectares – the largest in the history of the event.
